Further to Government updates we now know that the Job Retention Scheme portal is due to go live next week and as such we are reaching out to all our clients to see who has furloughed employees. The information in this email should enable you to make the claims yourself. However, if anyone requires us to process their claims through the portal, please do let us know. There will be a small fee for this work to cover our costs and will be individually assessed dependent on the work involved in processing these claims.
There are two ways to process your claim as follows:
- If we act as agent for your PAYE affairs, we can process the claim for
- You can process the claim yourself, but you will need to have a Government Gateway ID and password and be enrolled for PAYE online. If you do not have either of these you can register using the links below,

We have prepared a template in excel spreadsheet format which details the information you will need to collate for each employee furloughed and for working out the 80% wages for your furloughed workers. Please ask about this in-house
